Corrections
These are the most useful messages we get. If a figure on this site is wrong, or a product has been discontinued, or a link has died, tell us. Include the page and, if you have it, the source that shows the error.
What happens next is set out in the editorial policy: we check the claim against the original source, fix it if it is wrong, update the page date, and say so in the text if the error changed a recommendation.
Questions about gear
Ask. If the answer is not already on the site, it probably should be, and questions are how we find that out.
One caveat: we cannot tell you whether a specific kettle fits your specific hob, or whether a specific infuser fits your specific mug. Those are measurements, and the manufacturer or your tape measure will answer them faster and more reliably than we can.
What we cannot help with
- Orders. We do not sell anything. If you bought something through a link here, the retailer holds the order and is the only party who can do anything about it.
- Returns, refunds and warranty claims. Same reason. Go to the retailer or the manufacturer.
- Product review requests. We do not accept products for review, because we do not review products — we compile published specifications. See how we pick.
- Guest posts and link exchanges. No.
